The mission, ministry, and maintenance of St Mary Magdalen’s is supported mainly by the generosity of our congregation, and other friends of the church. (Unbeknownst to many, parish churches do not receive direct financial support from either the national Church of England or the Government.) The annual budget of the parish church is approximately £120,000 per year, and each Sunday service costs approximately £600 to run.
